INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
 

The following Insurance Requirements apply to all Buyers of CCP's including subcontractors of the Buyer and transportation firms hired by the Buyer:

(A) Coverage for the legal liability for itself, its employees and its subcontractors under the Workers' Compensation and Occupational Health Law of the state in which Buyer or its subcontractors will be working on Plant property. Evidence of such coverage may consist of a certificate that Buyer is a contributor to the Worker's Compensation Fund of the State in which Plant is located, or, in states that have no such fund, a certificate of coverage from an insurance carrier approved for transacting workers compensation business in such states.

(B) Commercial general liability insurance with bodily injury limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence and aggregate, including coverages for products/completed operations hazard and for contractual liability.

(C) Commercial general liability insurance with property damage limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence and aggregate, including coverages for products/completed operations hazard and for contractual liability.

(D Comprehensive automobile liability insurance with a limit for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $1,000,000 each accident.

(E) Before commencing any activities on Plant property, Buyer must furnish to Plant copies of a certificate from Buyer's insurance carrier, stating that policies of insurance have been issued by it to Buyer providing for the insurance listed above, and that such policies are in force. Such certificate must state that the insurance carrier will give Plant thirty (30) days prior written notice of cancellation of any material change in such policies.
